Partnership between the International Organization for Educational Development (IOED) and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India

The International Organization for Educational Development “IOED” – An International Diplomatic Mission working on the Diplomatic Relations with Sovereign Nations, Educational Development (Research & Training), Cultural Relationship and Economic Cooperation with an aim to make Skilled, Empowered, Prosperous, Environment-friendly and Crime-free States. The team of the IOED and its organizations support the government’s schemes and policies and works in close partnership/association with the Government Organizations/Agencies of India and other member sovereign nations.

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), a Union Government autonomous body of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. It is mandated to conduct high quality research in ‘corporate affairs’ and build a knowledge sharing system through synergized partnership with premiere institutions. The IICA, being a national institution in capacity building, service delivery and action research, renders holistic insight into all issues relating to corporate affairs. The IICA is headed by the Hon’ble Minister of Corporate Affairs, who is the Ex- officio President of the IICA. A Board of Governors with 18 Members has been constituted comprising government officials, eminent corporate leaders, professionals, heads of prestigious national institutions and experts from different fields. The Board of Governors is chaired, ex-officio, by the Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The IOED, its organizations and the IICA having same Vision are working together on the Employability Enhancement and Entrepreneurship Development in the universal interest.

As you are already aware that the entire world has been facing serious challenges in terms of Unemployment, Poverty, War and Crime; Poverty is a curse that generates all evils and can be alleviated through employment generation and it is possible only when appropriate educational training will be given to the unemployed youth after identifying their right skill and talent.

To promote Employability Enhancement and Entrepreneurship Development, the experts of the IICA have introduced many short term courses to generate immediate employment like 4 months GST Certification course and Certificate course in CSR, etc. Brochure, Course details and Registration form for IICA Certified GST Consultant Program is readily available under the head of Key Documents of the IOED website:

The IOED has already introduced short term course on awareness on ICT, Cyber Security, Cyber Terrorism, Cyber Warfare, Artificial Intelligence, proper self defence training and installation of CCTV Cameras along with fifteen months duration full time Vocational Diploma course consisting these prominent subjects “Awareness on ICT, Character Education, Foreign Language, Naturopathy, Personality Development, Self Defense and Skill for the particular trade as per local area requirement and Yogic Science through employment oriented smart participatory classes” especially in the interest of the unemployed youth who belongs to the economically weaker section of the society. Qualified Self Defence candidates will also be awarded CAS, CMAS and ATAB certification after completion of the training and proper counselling of the students will be done by the experts to guide them to choose the appropriate profession for them.

We would also like to start Wellness Centres to conserve and promote our unique ancient Indian Culture and thereby attracting Tourism if Gram Shabhas (Village level Committees) donate us land for this holistic mission. It is an important step towards peace and development through prosperity. We would like to launch this concept globally together with the government concerned and in association with the national and international funding agencies and social institutions in the interest of the world community.

To promote entrepreneurs as well as the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise – MSME, the team of experts of the IOED and the IICA are there to assist the new comers to understand and take advantage of the various policies and schemes offered by the MSME, Government of India from the initial stage i.e. registration to the implementation of the schemes.

“INDIA – AFRICA ICT KNOWLEDGE CONSORTIUM” has been formed by the International Organization for Educational Development – IOED through Resolution passed on 8th May, 2017 in the meeting of the Directors of the IOED at the Head Quarter of the IOED.

The Aim of the India – Africa ICT Knowledge Consortium is to bring together Government ICT Agencies, ICT Service Providers of Africa and India to confront Cyber Challenges, support ICT Development in Africa, promote ICT Exchange programs, promote ICT Infrastructural Development in Africa, support Africa ICT Students to study in India, etc. We shall organize events and conferences in India and African countries.

This consortium will advantage our people in India to be able to effectively penetrate Africa ICT Sector while at the same time building long term strategic partnership with Africa.

IOED’s India Global Park “IGBP” was inaugurated by Dr. Najma A Heptulla, Hon’ble Minister of Minority Affairs Government of India on April 22, 2016 in New Delhi

India Global Business Park (IGBP) has been promoted by the International Organization for Educational Development (IOED) duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and professionals with track record of business success with an objective to facilitate market driven and wholesome growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) leading Industrialists and professionals with a sole objective of globalization of SMEs and to provide information about business opportunities in the international market and to prepare SME’s to enable them to improve India’s share in the global Trade.

Mr. Mohan Singh Sudan, Lieutenant Governor and Ambassador North America and South Asian Continent to IOED a former Advisor Trade fairs Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Director General Centre for international Trade and Industry, Mohali, India, now heads the India Global Business Park (IGBP) as Director General- IGBP, having a focused agenda for globalization of SMEs by providing hand holding support and guidance to the SMEs and to facilitate them to enter into global market, besides strengthening India’s image, promoting Make in India and create consumer’s confidence globally said Dr. Jagannath Patnaik, vice Chancellor, Kalinga university and Secretary General IOED – A Diplomatic Mission.

Mr. Patnaik also added that SMEs are entirely dependent on outside trade service providers. The impact of easily accessible and efficient services at affordable cost is greater for them. Therefore, India Global Business Park is working closely with the State and Central Governments. for creating an enabling environment, access to trade finance and marketing by setting up of display cum trade promotion center within the country and overseas potential market for showcasing the product manufactured by the SMEs under private-public partnership said Major General Dr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, IPC Executive President IOED.

Mr. Mohan Singh Sudan strongly believes that business today is becoming global therefore SMEs need assistance in discovering global opportunities. IGBP believes that small and medium enterprises are likely to be most adversely affected under WTO regime, if adequate steps are not taken to develop a strong and competitive small and medium sector. IGBP would be providing handholding support, training in transforming and preparing SMEs for global competition, as they have to compete with the best of the world. The Main objectives of IGBP are as under:

- To Globalize, promote and facilitate risk free bilateral businesses globally.

- To assist Government efforts in promoting “Make in India” products globally by initiating aggressive marketing campaign to build India’s brand image as a quality producer to create consumer’s confidence in Indian quality.

- To provide a common platform by establishing a permanent display cum trade Centre for show casing the products, services and technologies from the member partners globally at the proposed venues in India and other potential countries like UAE, USA and Gurgaon India during the current year.

- To organize trade fairs/exhibitions/business missions/ buyer seller’s meets and road shows for business promotion and also for attracting investments.

- To establish a network of small business centers focused on serving the needs of SME’s in each state in collaboration with potential state governments under GOI’s business promotion schemes.

- To set up a catalogue display facilities in India and abroad

- To guide and advise SMEs on product demand, specifications, packing, pricing and all other information enabling them to do good business.
